A home
inspection is an objective visual examination of the
structure, systems and components of a home - from the
foundation to the roof. While
a home cannot fail an inspection, it's components can.
A
home inspection provides you with an independent and
unbiased opinion as
to the condition of the property at the time of the
inspection.
An inspector typically spends between two
to
three hours, (sometimes more depending on the size and
condition of the property), evaluating a home and may recommend further
evaluation if problems or symptoms are discovered. Retrospect, Inc.
strongly encourages you to attend the
inspection with our inspector so that you can ask questions
and learn all about your future investment.
